Among Bektashi Sufis in the Albanian lands, Sulltan Nevruz marks the birthday of Imam Ali rahmetullah, fourth of the righteous caliphs who succeeded Prophet Muhammad sallahaleyhisalaam.Nevruz will be observed this year on the 29th of Jumaada al-Awal 1436 in the hijri calendar and the 29th of Esfand 1392 by the Persian solar calendar.
